Adam Allen, NP

I saw Dr Allen for my bipolar disorder and depression for several years before moving to Texas. Almost once a monthif not every other month for three years or so I think. He was always very professional, patient, and listened to how I was feeling as we made adjustments to my treatment plan. A lot of people expect things to be handled quickly and on the first go when they get help for psychiatric issues. It rarely happens that way and can take a while to find something that works. Dr Allen was always responsive and helpful over the years. I was sad to have to stop seeing him once we moved. Although I think it's unfortunate I never received a 'I haven't seen you in a while, are you OK & do you need to schedule an appointment?' call over the past year & a half. You'd think if you're treating someone for depression & bipolar disorder & they suddenly stop coming, you'd check up.Overall I'd highly recommend Dr Allen. Can't say I ever had a bad experience visiting him over the years.
