Abigail Hove

During the time Abby Hove was my counselor, I found her to be cheerful, friendly, very personable. She displayed an interest in what I had to say. She allowed me to talk as she listened attentively. She gave me feedback, encouraged me and allowed me not only to see her for who she is but showed me that she took her medical profession seriously, was motivated, enjoyed what she did, and she is a self-starter. She was not shy/afraid to disagree with me, but if she did, she did so in a kind, respectful manner and always with encouragement. If an alternative way was needed, she showed me. What an asset she is to the medical profession and to Still Waters. Thank you, Abby for all that you do, are doing and will do to help the patients you see to prosper as they continue in their lives. ABIGAIL HOVE: YOU ROCK!!!! From my first visit with you and continuing even now, I began to experience a different mindset, one that made me realize that my way of thinking wasn't always what was best for me. Thank you for receiving me as your patient and being so patient with me. You give me just what I know I need and that is feedback, good critiquing to help me to critically think, even when I don't want too. You never criticize, you truly listen, and not only do you give me a chance to respond, but challenge me at every turn, which I love and need. Thank you for helping me to learn how to think differently, to be patient with myself that I can do the same with others and for never giving up on me.
