Receptionist acknowledged my arrival with a hello and a smile; gave “first visit to facility” instructions and directions. The nurse that called me back was welcoming and efficient. Ms. Cobb, NP was on time and eager to hear about my health concerns and interim history. She answered my questions, gave me medical advice and explained my recent test results and diagnosis. Very genuine and concerned.
