I am having so much trouble with this practice trying to have them honor their mistake. The contact lenses that they sold me were different than the trial pair. These lenses have a different fit and tint and don't stay in my eye yet they refuse to take them back or even give me store credit towards a new pair that works better. Their excuse is that the trial pair was discontinued and these are their replacement. The Manager James does not return calls and evades customer complaints. The receptionist Vanessa who is very confrontational speaks over you and hangs up when she runs out of excuses. On top of all the say that the Owner Dr. Aaron Evans has no say in how the practice is run and does not return calls. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment. I am still in discussion with them and will add to this review if anything changes.

I am having an awful experience at Visual Eyes at Mizner Park. I have asked to speak to Dr. Aaron Evans but the receptionist claims that he never comes to this location. I’m hoping this message will reach Dr. Evans and he will contact me as soon as possible.
