Poor counsellor, despite having many credentials on paper. Mentions people other than the patent during his/her session completely unprovoked. Can subliminally give a patient the perception he/she is inferior. Implies she is outstanding and so is her son in his career-unprovoked and obviously irrational, but most importantly, unprofessional. In listening to clients, appears to key in on her own insecurities as a diagnosis by noting "keywords" relevant to her own condition - not the patient.
