Doctor left pregnant diabetic without medication
By far one of the worst experiences, I’ve ever had with a doctor. At my first appointment, the doctor submitted my medications incorrectly, even though I clearly explained what meds needed to go to which pharmacy. Still, I was able to fix that after numerous calls to insurance. I then became pregnant, and she submitted my prescription incorrectly AGAIN. When I called the front office to fix the issue, they submitted my medicine incorrectly 4-5x. I requested medicine to be sent via the mail service (90-day supply), and the doctor and nurses continued to submit it for a 30, 50, & 60-day supply, which the insurance wouldn’t cover. When we finally were able to get the medicine pushed through, the doctor did not submit enough medication, and it I am now without medication and pregnant. The office told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have the insulin needed, and now I’m without medicine for this huge mistake. I would never recommend this doctor or office to anyone.
