Staff issues
After my initial consultation on June 8th, Maria was going to call me the following day to schedule my procedure. A week went by so I called and Maria told me she had to call me back again.  Another week went by and finally (2 weeks after my initial appointment) I got a text (not even a phone call), from Maria explaining that she had been too busy to call me.  The text also said that the $2,000 written estimate they had given me was incorrect and that it had to be increased to $2,750 because Dr. Potparic forgot to add the anesthesia.  I told Maria I wanted to speak directly with Dr. Potparic because I wanted to see if he could honor the original estimate.  Maria texted me  two days later stating that Dr. Potparic had said that the amount of the procedure was going to remain at $2,750.  Since I had my doubts Maria even spoke to Dr. Potparic, I told her to not schedule anything.  This lack of professionalism and courtesy to honor an estimate made me cancel my procedure.

Best of the best!Dr Zoran Potparic and staff are AMAZING!!! They are pleasant,accommodating knowledgeable and caring. My procedure and experience was nothing but the best!Starting with Maria the receptionist, she is a sweetheart, answered all my questions before and after the procedure. Kim, Dr. Zoran’s nurse born a natural, very caring, knowledgeable and always there when you need her. The anesthesiologist and the rest of his team provided me an exceptional experience on the day of my surgery. Had no pain, I was in an out and did not feel a thing. I am still recuperating from procedures (Blepharoplasty & Brachioplasty ) so far very happy no complications. Just an amazing experience. Thank you Dr Zoran, you and your staff are very professional, simply the best! Definitely will go back. I recommend this practice to anyone. “You’ll love it”

I had a procedure scheduled with him July 2nd at Jolie Plastic Surgery. My procedure had been paid in full, I had all of my labs plus a chest X-ray done, paid for my recovery house, and plane tickets, then 6 days before my preop he cancels my surgery and tells his assistant to “accommodate” me for any day after AUGUST 4th. Over a month away from the original date, like I don’t have to return to work. So unprofessional! The killing part is I didn’t pay for the recovery house, which was $1500, until after he cleared me for surgery which was four days before he canceled.

Dr. Potparic and his team are very professional and helpful! His office is immaculate and very efficient. Making an appointment was easy and my consultation with Dr. Potparic was not rushed and answered all my questions in details, he was attentive and listened to what I wanted and was refreshingly honest. His nurse Kim was professional and helpful. I felt very confident in his skill and knowledge which made me feel comfortable about my procedure. My follow up visits with him were very informative and attentive as I recovered and my results are “perfect”, just what I wanted. Thank you, Dr. Potparic and team

Beware of this "doctor." He BOTCHED me and left me with PERMANENT HORRIFIC SCARS. You can see other similar complaints that were left for this doctor by other patients and please see his replies. He does not own up to his mistakes and he doesn't care about how he can destroy somebody's self-esteem. I would HIGHLY discourage you from using him. I can truly say, he does not care about patients at all. He did not properly tell me what he was going to do which all surgeons should do and left me with hideous, unnecessary, permanent scars. Honestly..beware, do your research, I highly encourage you to seek another place.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Potparic and his staff. Everyone was so helpful! Making an appointment was easy and my consultation was free of charge. Dr. was attentive and listened to what I wanted and was refreshingly honest. Booking surgery was effortless. Maria guided me every step of the way! Recovery was fast and returned to work within days. I absolutely love my results, they are natural and just what I wanted.

I have been treated by Dr Poparic for the past 6 years for Botox and he does an amazing job keeping me looking young! His office is spotless and the staff are friendly and professional. I completely trust his work and have personally seen the fantastic result on a patient who had a face and neck lift.

Dr Potparic is very extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled doctor, he is very caring and takes the time to explain the procedure. I had Botox injections on the foreheaed and around the eyes and lios filling and the result was very natural. His office is very nice, it makes you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend Dr Potparic.
