Absolutely worst Dr I have ever seen!
She was dismissive from the start … when I asked if the calcification on my nodules was good or bad she said curtly “you don’t have calcification “ so I told her to look at the thyroid exam and she said oh. She does not return any calls and I have been waiting 3 weeks for biopsy results after waiting weeks to get the script for the biopsy.

Very Disappointing Experience
This was one of the most negative medical visits that I have ever had. Dr. Zheng was curt, dismissive and berating. After an initial appt where bloodwork was ordered, I was told to schedule a follow-up to review results and options. As nothing was available for several months, I was told that Dr. Zheng would call me with the results. I never received a call or follow-up. At this current visit (the scheduled follow-up) she started with 'these results are too old. Why did you wait so long to come back here? I can't do anything with this.'!!! I explained that an earlier appt was not available and she told me that 'I cant do anything for you today you'll need to repeat the bloodwork and come back.' When I tried to discuss my current and immediate concerns and symptoms I was told 'I'm sorry you don't feel well but I can't help you.' In total, this doctor spent 10 minutes with me. The experience was marked by a lack of empathy, concern and attention.

upset patient
I was not heard at all from this doc. I told her how I felt and was not taken into consideration my feelings. She just gave me one option, yet I wanted to discuss several. I was rushed out and told get a blood test and when I get the results I will call you and discuss further. I have written on the portal so many times, and only got one answer, from her nurse. I asked the nurse to please have the doc call me or write on portal a day and time when we could talk, still NOTHING! If you feel your opinion matters and want to feel heard, DO NOT SEE DR ZHENG!

Well versed, very knowledgeable and listened. Never rushed me. I am seeing for last two years and no complaints so far. Before seeing Dr Zheng, my condition was a mystery and was worsening by the office of my previous endocrinologist... since I started seeing her, I am not only diagnosed but treated accordingly. She went through and discussed all the test results and treatment options throughly. I highly recommend her.

After complaining to this doctor of debilitating problems such as intense increased hunger and severe immune problems she did testing for congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Cushing's disease. When she found out I didn't have these life threatening diseases she completely blew me off and did no further testing. I am still suffering from these problems and appalled at the lack of concern on her part.
