Rude!!
Shocked at how the billing office staff treated my mom and I! Wow! Completely unprofessional and rude! You need to quit your job if you hate it that much! I mean, to treat patients with such disrespect! How do you sleep at night?

Important Doctor Visit
Dr. Marjieh is an excellent physician who takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and address their questions thoroughly. When you first enter the office, the reception staff warmly greets you with a friendly hello and a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the individual at the third window of the reception area exhibits behavior that is quite the opposite; she is often rude and impatient. On several occasions, I have called to ask questions or speak with the nurse about medical concerns, only to be met with rudeness. There have even been instances where she has hung up on me while claiming that I was shouting, which is not the case. I am unsure if Dr. Marjieh is aware of this behavior. It is important to remember that working in a doctor's office requires professionalism, and there are appropriate ways to handle challenging situations without being dismissive or impolite. RUDE OFFICE STAFF
OMG, this place is unbelievable. First, your appointments get cancelled and they don't even notify you until you're in their office or you wait 2 hours to see the doctor. Then, they bill you a FULL YEAR after your appointments. If you call them to ask about it, they get rude and lie to you. The lady I talked to claimed my insurance company didn't take care of their part in a timely manner even though their own invoice shows the insurance paid them with in 30 days of the DOS. Oh, and if you point out they aren't being accurate, they scream at you, tell you to just not pay your bill and they'll just send you to collection. LASTLY, then they hang up on you. It's clear some of the office staff, excluding the nice receptionist, are extremely inefficient and downright rude.

I highly recommend Dr. Marjeih
Dr. Marjeih is a very caring and thorough cardiologist. He was recommended by my neighbor. Who is an emergency room doctor and a patient of Dr. Marjeih‘s. I like his approach of Trying simple, non-invasive procedures before jumping into more invasive procedures

I feel Dr. Marjieh is a wonderful physician. I love his forthright manner and find him easy to talk to and that he does a great job of explaining what he is doing in regard to your medical care. However, the majority of the office staff is brutally rude and inefficient. Long, very long, wait times and much of the staff outright tells you it's going to stay that way. Every time I call I feel like the receptionist feels like I'm ruining her day by daring to call. I've also had to tell them information was on forms sent to them they needed and didn't bother to read. They went so far as to tell me they hadn't been sent anything. Promised follow up calls are rare, at best. I've just finished a minor procedure with Dr. Marjieh and, as much as I like him, I believe it is in my best interests as a patient to find a cardiology practice that is more professional and takes better care of the patients.

Terrible. He nearly killed my husband. He didn’t order a cath scan to find out what was happening to his heart. After going to a better cardiologist, they found he needed 4 bypasses!! He is now in critical care.

I consider Dr. Marjieh a great cardiologist. I was a long time patient and he performed 5 operations. On the other hand: Doctor Marjieh's medical office staff ( Grace ) made a critical medical decision and recommendation on the doctor's behalf without consulting Doctor Marjieh. When it happened a second time, I knew the doctor had lost control over his staff and lost touch with the most important part of his practice, his patients. I now have a new cardiologist.

No idea if the doctor is decent. Been in the waiting room for 1.5 hours past my 82-year-old father’s scheduled appointment and he just got called back. This is not an acceptable way to treat people. Our time is just as important as yours. Receptionist informed us “it’s always like this.”

On May 3rd 2017 my mother had surgery with this nut mother and he kept her for almost a week without a "treatment plan" knowing very well he made surgical errors which caused her to code after which he put her on life support. He claimed mom wasn't strong enough to do the surgery yet he played GOD and did it anyway only to mess up and hadn't i questioned him what the next plan was he wouldn't have to decided to transfer her knowing very well they (Lawn-wood) didn't have pump big enough.

Dr Marjieh is knowledgeable, thorough, and relevant in his treatment regimen. He takes the time necessary to educate the patient and family on the medical options available to them. He coordinates the healthcare team throughout the continuum of care ensuring the best possible outcome from all disciplines involved. During periods of uncertainty Dr Marjieh mapped out a plan for us in great detail so that we never felt uninformed or neglected. My family and I are grateful, he has improved my life.
