Dr. Ziad Abdo, MD

I had fallen and needed stitches for a deep cut in my forehead. Dr Abdo, as a precation, recommended scans to see if there were concussions etc. He and his staff were very professional and well organized. Dr. Abdo is a man of few words, but I was not going in to evaluate his personality.

My fiancé and I went here on 4.14.24 after being in a car accident on 4.13.24. We went to follow up on X-rays and Ct scans that we had done on the day of the accident. We were experiencing new pain in our necks that was not looked at by the hospital. We were just wanting someone to look at us to make sure nothing else was wrong. We heard Dr. Abdo say loudly to the nurses something along the lines of “why are they here? What do they want? Why do they think I can help them? I don’t understand why they are here?” The nurses were snapping back him saying “they are here bc they are in pain and they are scared. They just want to make sure it’s normal since it’s extreme neck pain”. He then came in to see us, was extremely rough when poking us even when we yelped out in pain. He would ask us questions and would cut us off and roll his eyes. We specifically said we were not after narcotics, we simply wanted to make sure the pain was nothing serious or long term. I visited Atlus Emergency Center in Waxahachie, TX back in 2018. Dr. Abdo knew exactly what procedures were needed to treat my diagnosed compressed disc and help my pain! Per my request, he even did a urine analysis that he did not see necessary due to my symptoms. The test came back negative. I would recommend to my family and friends and use him again. Thank you Dr. Abdo.

Horrible!! I would NEVER recommend this doctor! EXTREMELY rude!
