Dr. Zhonghuan Ma, MD

I am not a fan of Dr. Ma. I went in actively miscarrying and had to see this OB since my primary OB was on vacation. She had the worst bedside manner I’ve yet to see. She came and stated the obvious that I may be miscarrying in a cold manner and when I told her I was aware and actively miscarrying she questioned how I “knew”. Didn’t leave me any time to ask questions and tried to rush out before I stopped her. I was brushed off and had my blood taken, which was done in a rough manner. I was so disgusted with the treatment here that I called to make sure I wouldn’t be making my next appointments with this particular OB. Miscarriage is already a painful experience physically and emotionally and I felt terrible after my appointment here. Do not go to her.

This clinic results to extorsion to receive results. I have never been referred to a provider to have any procedure done and had to either come to the office and PAY $15 or schedule an appointment to receive results that should be included in the cost of the procedure in the first place. Without results, why bother? I've received NO written communication, NO phone calls, NO texts, NO emails, NO instructions at the time of the visit and there's NOTHING in their portal to even indicate there ever was an appointment in the first place. Now I have no documentation in my medical record to show my compliance with the requirement because they want more $ from TRICARE. They are unprofessional, the office is poorly appointed and it's a money grab. Dr. Ma, for her part was dismissive, did not answer my questions and her bedside manner is abhorrent. I left there in tears from frustration and that's NOT ok. I got more knowledge using Google but can't even get my results to make it worthwhile.

I was worried about seeing this doctor because of the reviews but she was assigned to me as my gynecologist under TRICARE and I decided to see her because I simply needed a prescription for a birth control that I had a been on for years. I knew the name of the birth control and the dosage amount and I even brought in an old pack because it’s a very uncommon birth control and I wanted to make sure that I would be prescribed the same pill. The visit was quick yet she seemed to be in such a hurry to leave, and I wasn’t sure if she understood what I needed. Even though I showed her the exact birth control I needed, she still prescribed me the wrong one and I discovered this when I went to my local pharmacy to pick it up. It was a long ordeal that eventually had to get resolved by one of her colleagues who wrote me the correct prescription. Something so simple ended up wasting hours and days of my time. Don’t go to her for even the simplest request.

Saw this doctor today and felt very dismissed by her. Im a first time mom that went in for my first prenatal visit and felt like a burden. This doctor didn't perform an ultrasound nor examine me thoroughly. She spoke to me for about 2 minutes total and left the room. Worst experience ever with this lady and with Clinicas Del Camino Real as a whole.

i saw her when i was at hospital. it seems she doesn’t have any experience. i had infection and she forgot to proscribe medication and i was discharged with infection in my blood! the worst experience
