What seems to be a very efficient practice is actually a very slick surgery sales machine.

I had a herniated disc in my back that was causing pain, discomfort, difficulty standing up straight when seated and made it extremely difficult to execute work. I received my injury through overtraining physically and working. As a professional fighter and fitness trainer my body is how I make my living and needed to recover back fully and as quickly as possible. Dr. Hyder was clear concise and straight to the point with his initial assessment and set up a plan to recovery. I was back to full form in less than 4months and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Dr. Hyder along with his team were helpful in explaining what exactly was wrong with me, what I did to cause it and what we were going to do moving forward as long as I stuck to the plan. His team is also very attentive and professional from the medical staff to the front office.

I had been battling low back pain and pain in the back of my leg for months. The pain was to the point that I could not sleep more than an hour or two at a time each night. Dr. Hyder had me do physical therapy, pain medication, and steroid injections to help prevent me from having surgery.Unfortunately, my pain did not get better after months of attempting not to have surgery. I ended up having a microdiscectomy in my lower back. I was amazed that when I woke up from surgery, the pain that was in my leg was completely gone. I could not be happier with my outcome, and the care that was given to me. The only thing that I would’ve done different, is try to have my surgery sooner. I feel like a new person, now that I can finally get a good night sleep again. Thank you, Dr. Hyder!

Dr Hyder did my mom's neck surgery. She can finally look up and is pain free.the first appointment was very informative. WE did some therapy but my mom couldn't handle it and she had years of injections with no letting up of the pain.

Dr. Hyder did a cervical fusion January 2021. When I awoke I had pain in right arm as well as it be non functional, ie. I could not find my mouth with my hand. Mike did rounds and said they put the screw in too deep and they would have to do a revision stat. Four days later I was back in surgery. I continued to have pain in my right arm as well as numbness on my hand with loss of strength. After six months with no relief, Dr. Hyder’s response was that I had carpal tunnel and that he could take care of that. I spent another three months in physical therapy and it never got better. I told Dr. Hyder that I trusted him with my treatment and health and his response was that I was free to see another doctor. In February 2023 Dr. Coleman did a revision and found that the cage was sitting on the C6 nerve. He removed that and found all the hardware that Dr. Hyder put in was loose. I have now seen improvement in my arm and hand.

Dr Hyder did my neck surgery a few months ago .I was afraid of getting a fusion and came to cause I wanted a different option. My coworker had surgery with Dr Hyder and had rave reviews, plus he was back to work in a few weeks. As a single parent I can’t afford to miss work. I started with a dull pain in my low back about a month and a half ago. It continued to progress into my buttock and down my right leg. I got X-Rays and MRI, followed by a steroid injection. I took a Medrol dose steroid pack, anti-inflammatory and pain medications. At the end of each day, I felt pretty good driving and even working out. Still each night and morning were painful. I contemplated having surgery for a few weeks and was in pretty bad shape every morning, but the pain continuously went away in the afternoon and evening after loosening up. I also tried physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractor with minimal success. I had surgery just yesterday. I am so sorry I waited!!! I immediately had relief from the pain in my right buttock and left hamstring, and minimal incision site pain. Dr. Hyder saved my quality of life. I wish I would have had this taken care of weeks ago but wanted to exercise every option. Thank you so much Dr. Hyder and staff!!!!

Saw Dr Hyder for neck and right arm pain. I was sure I needed surgery and was so scared. He started me on some PT and medication and 4 weeks later I’m almost pain free! I was hesitant to even see a surgeon but glad I did!
