Dr. Zemfira Schwartz, MD

I was told at my most recent visit that wanting to see my results was a waste of time and that she couldn't see them and I'd need to schedule an appointment with a separate specialist...to see x-ray results...When I simply asked further on why that was, she stepped out and brought in a nurse. I thought maybe that was to help with communication challenges but the nurse never spoke to me. Though once the nurse was present, Dr. Schwartz stated the nurse would show me but the nurse never showed me my x-ray results. Regardless of what the disconnect was on Zemfira's end, no patient should be denied to see their results. Especially when the visit was to review that x-ray. I've had other challenges with previous visits with this physician that were due to lack of being listened to but today was profoundly rude. I do recommend others to choose one of the other providers available.

This provider exhibited complete inability to discuss my daughters symptoms and what her assessment was. She was verbally combative when her off hand remark was questioned. She also refused to review my daughters x-rays with her which was what the appointment was for.
