Wonderful doctor
Dr. Frankel haas been my doctor for several years. She listens to my concerns and I don't feel rushed. She is open to alternative opinions for treatment.

Dr. Frankel was extremely knowledgeable, detailed and thorough. Followed up after appointments regarding items discussed, treatments and results. Very quick to return calls and send information to other facilities. Staff worked efficiently and was quick to help with questions, appointments, and contacts.

I really appreciate the time that Dr. Frankel dedicates to me, during our visits. I appreciate her care for my overall well being, especially her integration of holistic medicine into a western medicine approach. I truly appreciate her and her assistant's help, they always get back to me in a timely manner and are always pleasant.

Dr. Frankel and her assistant Liz were extremely helpful when I came down with shingles when I was between jobs and health insurance. During the annual physical, I like how thorough Dr. Frankel is and how she focuses on healthy lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. She takes the time to answer all my questions and really listen to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Zara Frankel.

I like her, but after going to the ER several times no one from the office called to ask why I had been to ER or how I was doing? Care between specialists and primary care has not been coordinated to get a big picture of my health issues. I feel like I'm the coordinator of my health care between specialists when this could have been a simple problem to solve since I am not a medical person. Scheduling appointments is awful. They should have been calling me instead.

I've been going to Dr. Frankel for about 10 years and find her knowledgeable, thorough and a very good listener. She encourages me to be an active participant in my health care by counseling me on my diet, exercise and personal health habits. She takes the time necessary to fully understand my health concerns/issues and will fully explain all of the options available for my treatment plan. Additionally, her staff is welcoming and supportive.

She was great with my kids and is still my doctor. She takes her time and listens, and has a friendly, holistic style. She's been my doctor for ~10 years or so, and I think she's the best doc I've had.

She okay. Isn't the friendliest. And takes a long time to do something. Staff is extremely awful!!!! They are extremely lazy and they never do their jobs! A bunch of liars! I'm not going back to Boulder Family Medicine again. I've been a patient there for two years and I hate myself for staying that long and taking it. I really don't recommend this practice!!!
