Left a message, 4 days later had to leave another one… will wait and see if there is a response.Does not work at all outside of her office hours for any reason at all. Is great one on one during an office visit, but expect no more.

Doesn't listen to you. All she wants to do is add more medicines with every visit. I finally switched to a fantastic physician who listens and knows what they are doing.

I have been with Dr. Sher for years. My care is always excellent. She is attentive, accurate and friendly. I get my medication refills and any referrals immediately. Staff follows up with her results and concerns. I have recommended her and they have been very satisfied with their care also. She is wonderful!

Saw Dr. Sher as a new patient. She referred me to an allergist who does not perform the services I need. Time and co-pay wasted. I needed a prescription refilled, and it was not. After several messages to the portal and 3 calls to Sher's office, I found out that the refill had been declined because of counter indications. Instead of finding an alternative, Sher called in a refill at three times the recommended dose. My health is too important to continue to see this physician again.

Dr Sher more interested in typing on her computer than in listening to patient. She is unfriendly, disinterested, hurried, arrogant and does not listen OR DOES NOT HEAR what you are saying. In my case she did not follow up with K+ level & it dropped to 2.8critically low. I feel this Dr. is a weak link in the IU HEALTH SYSTEM and I would not recommend her to anyone. The office is poorly run. They frequently did not return my phone calls and often sent prescription refills to wrong pharmacy

I rarely get sick but once I kept getting bug after bug and got worse and worse. So I kept going to see dr sher so she could figure out what was wrong with me. Guess she found this excessive and emphatically told me I needed to go see my psychiatrist and ignored many of my concerns. My legs are swelling a lot, go see your.. eventually my psychiatrist diagnosed my ear infection and sent me to a minute clinic with instructions.
