Poor clinician
Dr. Sadrai is a poor clinician who is both bad at diagnosing (simple) medical issues and is resistant to treating patients (for literally anything.) Fortunately she is also very unresponsive and takes no initiative to contact patients, connect with patients or mange their health. In the 3 years I have had her as PCP she has not written a prescription for me once. I have had to look up my own labs to discover if I had any abnormal results and then fight to get an appointment just to discuss them. Get a different doctor if you can.

Very unresponsive
I had my annual exam with Dr. Sadrai. A couple days later I got the results of the bloodwork. I had one quick question about my A1c. I also wanted to let her know that the inhaler she prescribed for me is not working. Seemed like reasonable questions to ask over the phone since I had just seen her. I waited two weeks for a response and got nothing. I called again.. The front desk was very apologetic and put the request in once more. I waited another week and never got a call. When I inquired as to what I need to do to get her to call me back, I was told that she said I’d have to make an appointment and come in to get answers to these questions. It’s quick questions like this that make patient site so valuable. But Dr. Sadrai can’t be bothered with that. It can be challenging to find primary care physicians these days, but honestly, I sat down went on the Beth Israel website and found a new primary care near me who is taking patients. This is your health don’t skimp on it.

poor quality of care
I could barely get a word out without her interrupting, saying “mmmhmm” and typing. Her visit summary included false and incorrect information and minimized everything I discussed.

Very Knowledgeable. Dr knew everything about me at my first visit. Very complete in her Physical and Prevention focused with yearly testing needed. Friendly and warm personality. Never rushed during physical exam.

Dr Sadrai is a remote and uncaring person. She is difficult to talk to as she doesn't respond with concern about the concerns patient is presenting to her.

I've only ever seen her once. It is near impossible to schedule appointments with her. She doesn't even answer any type of message. I shouldn't have to wait two years for an appointment. Find someone who actually cares about you health and wellbeing.
