Called and had an appointment the very next day. Walked in and already knew we were in the right place. Very clean and user friendly atmosphere. Got toMeet Dr Karbasin and she was excellent. Explained everything up front and how my procedure would go from start to finish. I was out and on the road to recovery before I knew it. Staff was very kind and explained my post healing procedures and medication instructions. They were great and well informed in patient care. This is the families go to foot, ankle dr from here on out.

I have probably gone to more than 4 podiatrists in Miami and Dr.K is the best one hands down. She was able to diagnose my properly in about 5 minutes and my issue was taken care of!

it turned out to be really bad. she totally messed me up with my work clearance paper and FMLA paper. She sold me CAM walker for $100. later she wrote on my FMLA paper that there is no indication for CAM walker, it was the patient who requested it. she has no consideration for hard working nurses who have to be on their feet for 12hr/day, and she claimed that we don't need the lesser toes when we walk, the lesser toe fracture is nothing. But it hurts when I walk without special shoes. the rigid sole shoes she cleared me to work with does not help at all.

She made my feel like family. She is what a doctor is meant to be!

This was probably the best experience we’ve had with a doctor. My son had an ingrown toe nail and it was infected and he was in a lot of pain. She took her time to explain the procedure and made him feel at ease. She was in no hurry to get us out of the office. She is very friendly, very interactive and a true professional. Patient comfort and satisfaction is her top priority without a doubt. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Zahra was a complete loving and comforting angel for me,she performed surgery on my infected ingrown toenail.I literally felt no pain she assured me that she would take the best care of me and she did just that,and said anything I need just call.loved her,a true doctor.

Dr. Karbasian is one of the best Doctors I've met. She is so patient, dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and sweet. I feel honored with her treatment and attention. I went to see her with a really bad ingrown nail and a numbness situation on my toe. She treated the best! She solved the nail problem which was a complicated procedure. Truly a wonderful experience. The time I waited in the waiting room was just to fill out the obligatory forms as a new patient. In fact, she was ready before I was finished. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was kind, respectful and very forthcoming with the diagnosis and prognosis.
