Dr. Zahi Nassoura, MD

First, I want to thank Jamie (nurse), Nicole (anesthesiologist) and Laura (front office), for their kindness and professionalism. They were great. Dr Nassoura, wasn't. He didn't even bother to greet me when he came in to do the procedure. He told me not to move, which was fine. I was under a light anesthesia, so I was conscious. He asked me a question, I answered. I thought he asked me another question, and I said what. He snarled "don't talk". He seemed rushed and during the procedure was snapping and criticizing the surgical staff. The most unprofessional Doctor I've ever had, and I'm 77, so that's saying something. Just awful.

Was very impressed with the doctor, his very nice staff, his office and his office personnel.

Staff is excellent, Dr. is knowledgeable and gives clear explanations! He takes time with patients so you may have to wait a little extra but worth the wait

I waited for my appointment with Dr. Zahi Nassoura over a month. During visit he spent with me about 2 min., ordered an ultrasound test. After the test I saw him for another few minutes. He said that everything is fine and left. When later I asked for a printed report I read that I had severe reflux in both legs. I asked a receptionist for consultation and she said I need a new opponent for this. Only after I complained to my I insurance someone, not dr. Nassoura, called with some explanation which was not satisfactory. Dr. Nassoura is not professional or responsible person, in my opinion. He doesn't deserve even a one star. Had very negative experience. Currently looking for a new doctor to resolve the same problem.

Dr. Nassouras’ Nurse Taylor is Wonderful ! You’ll have to have great staff behind you in order to help make you a great doctor and Dr. Nassoura is an incredible man and Doctor. One of the few doctors and offices around that actually care about their patients!

Absolutely the worst bedside manner. Only interested in racking up fees for office visits. Didn’t want to answer any of my questions which were about the cause of my symptoms and the road map for treatment. He was argumentative and I had to walk out of the visit. First time I ever had an interaction like this with any doctor. I was shocked how bad this simple office visit / consultation was.

Appointment time was kept. First visit, and staff and Doctor appeared involved and interested in medical history. Very efficient.

I came to Dr. Nassours's office for a procedure. Everyone in the clinic was courteous, attentive and caring. Begining with the staff at the front office where the wait was literally one minute and than the nurses, technicians and the doctors. Dr. Nassoura went out of his way to asure I was getting the treatment I need, both by him and the hospital. I strongly recommend Dr. Nassoura, he's a rare breed.

Not good at all, after sending records ahead of time, asking for information regarding multiple compressions from head to toe with particular focus on kidneys, my family drove for 2.5 hours away with traffic so way longer, (due to a office patient emergency he was 2 hours late, which is ok). He read reports and looked at scan pictures in front of us, which I had to send to get approved for his appointment. He then proceeded to shout at us and would not ultrasound kidneys, our hope of why we went and had email previously before being allowed to book. He is not up to date on rare vascular conditions, if you are not a cookie cutter vascular condition case--save your time and money. He read in front of us and shouted at us when I asked questions.

Great, the office staff are so friendly, efficient and professional Tim is so kind, gentle, personable. Dr. Nassoura takes his time with you, I feel that takes interest in me, answers all questions and what he’s going to do in the future
