New patient
I visited Dr. Z Qureshi as a new patient and had blood work done, which revealed I have diabetes. He prescribed metformin, starting with 250mg for one week, then 500mg, and increasing to 1000mg once daily the following week. When I called the office for a medication refill, the front desk asked how much I was taking; I said 1000mg. They checked with the doctor, who claimed he never instructed me to take that dosage. I do not recommend this unprofessional doctor.
