Great! However, no one should expect a rotator cuff surgery to last long. Not his fault.

Excellent Surgeon
Dr. Vaughn is an amazing doctor/surgeon. He is very kind, compassionate and listens to his patients. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable. He has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Vaughn has performed two surgeries on me. His diagnosis / recommendation of what needed to be done to improve my quality of life was on target. My 1st surgery was a labrum tear in my hip which was repaired in 1/2021. Surgery and recovery process went very well. I have very minimal scaring! 2nd Surgery was 3/2023 a Rotator cuff and bicep repair. So far I’m very happy with my healing process. The entire staff in the office have been extremely helpful and kind (the gals at the front desk, Jessica his MA, the X-ray tech’s and his assistant/PA Jesse Garland Smith have all been amazing, very supportive, kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this amazing team of health care providers! During both occasions even my Physical Therapists have commented how amazing Dr. Vaughn is as a doc/surgeon.

Dr. Vaughn was the absolute perfect balance of kindness and excellent, high-level knowledge. He is so highly skilled that my physical therapist made a point to say what I already felt was true, that I had an excellent surgeon seeing the success I was having in my recovery. I had my ACL replaced from an injury nearly 30 years prior. His diagnosis and recommendation of exactly how to repair my injury was 100% on target, every single person on his team -- every office encounter and his colleague Jesse Garland Smith and entire team for surgery were all excellent and made me feel completely safe the entire time. I could not recommend more highly. If I could give more stars, I would -- I have a completely normal knee now and it's amazing.

Dr. Vaughn has only made my problems worse and has created issues that have resulted in many more surgeries. I would recommend seeing pretty much anyone except Dr. Vaughn. Dr. Vaughn will tell you things that are incorrect and not help your issues.

Dr Vaughn and his Staff are kind, professional, and provide outstanding care. Ive been an RN for 40 years and I am picky about the Doctors I choose. Dr Vaughn preformed shoulder surgery. I am very happy with the surgery and follow up care I have received! I would 100% recommend Dr Vaughn.

Dr Vaughn and his staff is nothing but a sham and waste of time. Humiliating their patients is what appears to be their strongest skill and top priority. Speaking from very recent experience. Long story short, on arrival (half an hour prior) for my appointment, after completion of the paperwork and x-rays they told me to leave and that the doctor won’t be able to see me. All because I had a dry mouth and had to caught once and get a cup of water from the water cooler. (dry mouth is a known side effect from a medication I’m currently taking). Any reasoning with them turned unsuccessful and they ended up having me leave, leaving me in pain with no treatment, humiliated as I was accused of something I didn’t do or have. The difficult situation we're all in right now with COVID-19 will resolve sooner or later, but professional reputation among local patients will remain beyond now..

Dr. Vaughn has done three shoulder repairs and a hip repair after being hit by car. Straight forward no fluff. Great dr and he listens to his patients. Also assisted in a quad tendon repair with Dr. Dragoo. Another great surgeon.

Dr Zack Vaughn and his all staff are super professional, friendly, timely and efficient. My ACL tear was due to an injury in the field and the knee pain prevented me even from walking. Dr Zack did an amazing job and here I am 3 months later ACL surgery, almost close to having my knee back to normal. He is straightforward with his diagnosis and treatment. Thank You Dr Zack for giving me my knee back !!!!!!!
