Dr. Zachary Ritter, DPM

One star is being kind, and the only option for subpar service. Zach Ritter’s office cancelled my appointment twice. First time, he was going to be out of the office for whatever reason. The second time, today, was because I was told I was late. Nope. I was waiting on a receptionist to become available, which made UPMC’s tracking system indicate that I was eleven minutes late. After checking in and filling out (redundant) paperwork, I was told he would not be able to see me. The office staff didn’t even come and tell me. They had me sit there and only mentioned it when I went to return the clipboard and pen to the receptionist who casually said he would not be able to see me because he had emergency surgery and I was late. I wasn’t late! So was it because he had emergency surgery or I was late? Sounds like a sham and that he probably simply wanted to enjoy the beautiful summer day. To say the least, I do not recommend going to this practice and would tell all to run, bike,
