Horrible experience
I went to the ED for severe acute back pain. No imaging was done, just given some pain meds. I was in and out in ten minutes with no answers, help, guidance, and yet I get billed hundreds for it. Now I have to go through my PCP and a referral to a spine doctor for an MRI.

Total Lack of Care
I tried to avoid the ER by going to my General Practitioner for spinal pain tge day before Thanksgiving. After being up all night in severe pain I went to the Urgent Care in the same complex as this ER. They sent me to the ER when they were unable yo get me out of pain. This man did not examine me. He asked why I was there and I told him the Urgent Care had sent me for imaging and follow up treatment to determine the cause of my pain. I was not there to seek pain meds, I was there to figure out why I was having severe back pain. I left without being examined and no imaging was run. I left without answers. I was seen for less than 5 minutes. and now I have a bill for almost $400 for just his bill. I should have gone to LMC.

Was at the Parkridge ER for 6 hrs. Dr. never introduced himself, I didn’t even know he was the doctor until I was leaving 6 hours later. I had fallen and cut the back of my head which was only cleaned by ER nurse. The doctor never even looked at it. I am 88 years old with high blood pressure. It was 217 when I arrived and 185 when I left. After CT scan, EKG and bloodwork I was released and told to follow up with my doctor. No one even contacted my daughter who was not allowed to be with me but had to wait for 6 hours in her car. It’s disgusting the price you have to pay for little or no care at all. I sure do not recommend Parkridge.

I was sent to the er with prolonged bleeding along with several symptoms that had lasted months, he listened to none of them. Ran a pregnancy test and a blood count, and sent me home. He said I was fine and that I should just take birth control. I found out two weeks later that I have cancer. Cervical cancer. I was not fine and He didn’t listen to me. Imagine if I had listened to him. This is a terrible doctor.

He was a total jerk! Saw for 3 minutes when I first got there, then 2 minutes when he said u haven’t had a heat attack, no pulmonary embolism! Sent me home with same symptoms I was send there from my Drs office with! Blood pressure wAs still 149/109, splitting headache and tightness in chest! Said go back to your primary on Monday! Still in bed all weekend with higher BP! Never ever again to Parkridge! Spend all that money and could have just waited til Monday!
