What a piece of do do this guy is and the system for allowing him to continue practice. It says a lot about the clinic he's at also. Is there no decency and ethics.

Was seen by him, not by choice, but thru work. comp. injury. My co-worker & I both overheard him ask angrily of the asst. (it was after hours), "Who did I get pulled out for?" When the asst. responded w/my company name, Cosgrove sarcastically answered ,"Oh, another one of them.". He was rushed, wrote down it was a back & knee injury when it was only the knee. The asst. put a knee brace on me backwards, twice! Since then after reading his history of claims of negligence & misconduct as a doctor, I refuse his service.
