Dr Baumgardner is a good Doctor, however doesn't like eye contact. But would recommend him.Beware of Medical assistant she is not a professional.The clinic needs to hire a few RNs just to keep the medical assistants in check as they have no scope of practice and a very limited amount of knowledge.So be mindful of this!

Was gaslit only to find out I was right by seeing another doctor.

The doc is a decent guy and an alright doctor but the staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. One of my biggest complaints is getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth. I also have ADHD which I've been diagnosed with and had for most of my life. The doc treats me like I'm a fragile thing that'll break at any moment just because I'm slightly underweight despite the fact I've been this way my entire life. I have a fast metabolism, I don't drink, and I don't eat meat. And he is nothing short of obsessed with my weight to the point it becomes infuriating. The staff is unprofessional, sloppy, and I’ve seen teenagers on Benadryl more attentive and present than them. They don’t ever pick up the phone insisting it’s policy not to pick up the prescription line (ext 8504). And they’ve messed up my prior authorization multiple times so badly that I generally just have to show up to get anything done about my meds. If you can go anywhere else, do it. Don’t go here.

Doctor is ok. The office staff is terrible. Called in for a prescription, ten days later I have not heard back from them. 02/24/22

When Dr. Baumgardner was unable to determine a diagnosis for a year and a half long health battle and flagged lab results, he said I don’t know why these lab results are so high, it must be anxiety, and sent my daughter off with an anti-depressant. She has serious heart and thyroid issues going on - as indicated by labs, and he didn’t even refer her to someone who would try to figure it out. These symptoms are not anxiety related. This was also after she received a phone call from his MA to get in to see him as soon as possible to go over lab results. “I don’t know what is going on - here take this anti-depressant”. Absolutely unacceptable!

Yes, It is so difficult to schedule an appt. by phone though. You wait a long time and then you are switched to a phone that is not being answered. It is very hard to wait 30 minutes and then be routed to a phone not being answered. Especially when you are not feeling well.

My boyfriend Brandon had an appointment with him today. His appointment was at 1030 and he didn’t get seen until 1200. The doctor proceeded to ask why he was seeing him at 1200, which my boyfriend proceeded to explain because of your staff literally left me in a room, all he said was well that’s weird usually I’m not so busy we all left early yesterday, no apology, no sorry you had to wait 2 1/2 hours. He didn’t listen about his symptoms and made him feel like he was making it up. He then proceeded to try and give him and ekg which Brandon has had a billion times, and he just kept telling him i don’t know what is wrong with you and kept trying to refer him out.As a new patient you are supposed to establish rapport with your patients and he literally didn’t seem to give a crap. Just on the 2 1/2 hour wait alone do not go.

Dr. Bomgardner is an excellent doctor who took the time to explain my medical condition in detail. In March I weighed 271 my A1C was 11.3 my waist was 42 inches. Dr. Bomgardner took the time and explained what the diabetes was doing to my body (and what I could expect in the future if I continued with my lifestyle). I never had a Doctor explain in such detail my medical condition and the side effects. Dr. Bomgardner challenged me to change my life style. Currently I no longer have to take a daily shot of insulin and my other meds have been cut in half. I currently weigh 176.3 my A1C is 5.2 my waist is 31 inches as of July 19. I try to run five miles a day and have tons of energy. I would like to say thank you to Dr. Bombgardner for saving my life; because I was slowly killing my self with my bad habits! Doctor Bombgardner knuckles to you my friend I owe you my life thanks a gain. I hope this review is helpful to anyone needing a great doctor.

Thank you Dr. Baumgardner for staying after hours and taking me as a walk in so I could get my thyroid meds. I appreciated the fact that you took the time to give me a yearly physical and get me caught up to date on procedures I have been putting off. You took your time and showed concern for my health and I appreciated your caring and compassionate nature. Thank you for your time and the care you showed me.

I am so impressed with Dr. Baumgardner. I appreciate that he uses today's medicine, along with preventative measures in terms of diet and exercise. He is not quick to prescribe medication, but will tell you of side effects while letting you make the choice. His caring approach and knowledge makes him a great Doctor to whom I respect immensely. Answers are not always in a pill, but in a lifestyle change and commitment. Dr. Baumgardner is committed to his patients best interest.

Dr Bomgardner took very good care of me when I Came in to deal with my chronic back and knee pain from numerous surgeries. He was able to make my pain manageable and was also able to address my issues with attention deficit disorder and prescribe me the medication as needed. He was very understanding and I trust him to continue to take care of me and would recommend him to other people with similar issues.

Excellent physician. Very caring and attentive. I have been under his care for years.

Excellent communication; very gentle, kind, and encouraging. I've only seen him once, as a walk-in patient, so haven't determined the level of trust yet but have decided to make him my PCP because of my initial experience.

Dr. Baumgardner has been our physician since we moved here three years ago. He has been very attentive to both me and my wife during his examinations with us. He really listens to concerns and prescribes follow-up with beneficial results. We would highly recommend him to all.
