Dr. Yusuf Qamruzzaman, MD

I feel that if it was not for Dr. Qamruzzaman, I would not be alive today. I had stage 4 cancer in my liver, colon and lung. I was not happy with the doctor that the hospital set me up with. So, my daughter set me up with a few other choices. As soon as I met Dr. Q. I looked no further, he was upbeat, positive, easy to understand, explained things well, and treated me with respect. I looked no further. He ordered a few more test and looked at my previous test. And came up with a whole new treatment plan. That knowledge is probably why I have been cancer free for 1 year now. I started treatment in July of 2021 and in October of 2023. My Pet Scan showed no cancer. I was just back in Dr. Q's office on October 9th, 2024. My Pet Scan showed I was still cancer free, it has been 1 year. Thank you, Dr. Q.............You are my hero!!!! Diane B.

Dr Q is very knowledgeable about my leukemia and lymphoma, and has a great bedside manner. He's kind, has a good sense of humor, and I would recommend him to family and friends should the need arise.

Dr Qamruzzaman is a kind, caring, thorough oncologist. He listens, takes his time and answers all your questions. I would highly recommend him. The staff at Rose Cancer Center were efficient and nice.

Dr. Qamruzzaman is an outstanding oncologist . He is enthusiastic about sharing information and implementing up-to-date cancer treatment. His diagnosis and procedures have been absolutely correct. In addition to Dr. Q's medical skills, he is a kind, honest, compassionate person. I know he is doing everything possible to give me the best medical care - my entire family is so grateful.

Dr Q is an excellent Oncologist. However his recent merge with Dr. Kahn, left Canton Patients more confused as if getting diagnosed with cancer & seeing multiple specialists isnt enuf?Arlene who answers the phone at Dr Kahn's Office shows no compassion and makes us feel as if we're bothering her. I dread calling there & only do so as a last resort. She's rude, crabby & shows no compassion. So no I wouldn't refer this office to an enemy.

Bad, inexperienced, greedy, only wants to talk about insurance before discussing treatment, does not follow beaumont hospital rules!!!! How did he ever get licensed???? Left his care real quick !!!!! Staff at his clinic is rude and incompetant. Left me standing at the window for about 8 minutes while they all discussed what they should order for lunch. Everyone involved is sooooo very unprofessional ! Not good when youre dealing with cancer.

If you have a diagnosis of cancer, don't go to this office. This office is dark and depressing and the office staff doesn't care. The doctors I believe are all about the money and install the port, pump the chemo treatments. If you call the office to speak or have the doctor call you back because you are experiencing new or more chronic symptoms, it'll be to late if you hear from them. Don't count on them caring about or take time to be concerned for their patients. Stay clear of here.
