After going to Dr. Lee for 2-3 years, I will no longer use her as my primary care physician. I've had 2 incidents in the last year where she declined to address simple issues (UTI, prescription refill) while I was in her office and asked me to just call back later to take care of it; this made NO SENSE as I was in her office for an appointment asking about this. When I do call back to inquire as instructed, I then get charged for another full doctor visit for an issue that should have been taken care of on my initial visit. There is NO EXCUSE for this other than to charge me for another appointment. SHAME on Our Lady of the Lake for allowing this type of dishonest practice.
