Rude & greedy
Dr. Pertsovsky more worried about money than patient for sure. Most of his receptionists rude & not helpful. Anestesiologist & sonogram specialist good although. Office is nice.

Dr. Yu. Pertsovsky is a highly professional specialist with deep knowledge, vast experience and excellent communication manners. It's the same with office staff; caring professionals with exceptional communication skills. Meticulously clean office.

Dr. Pertsovsky is a well-trained in his craft medical practitioner with very nice and clean office, but his bedside manners leave a lot to be desired. Dishonest, greedy, uncaring and «dry» – these are not only My impressions of his character traits and not stopping-by to see/check his patient right after he performed a procedure is unprofessional and plain rude by any standard. I had a number of procedures performed thus far but this is the first time I see such a level of ignorance. I, also, had anesthesia performed in conjunction with all the procedures mentioned above and it was always absolutely painless – not at Dr. Pertsovsky's office – his anesthesiologist was pushing the content of her syringe into my vein so hard, it caused me a lot of pain. Upon my first visit to Dr. Pertsovky’s office, a COVID-19 test was performed – no results were ever furnished. My $40 co-pay, per insurance requirements, was assessed additional $1.40 or 3.5% for credit card use (no other doctor's

Unprofessional doctor can breake your life! I was patient of doctor P. within 1 year. You have to wait 2 hours, before you see the doctor 5 min. He's always in a hurry. He doesn't have a time to hear what's your complain's about. He did gastroscopy twice, but didn't provide any solutions to help me. I have seen 7 different doctors(neurologists, endocrinologists)before i came back to gastroenterologists ....Another doctor found problems in first app.(PH24hours test). I lost time.My health is ruined.

Dr. Pertsovsky is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and uncaring gastroenterologist. I have never been in the presence of such an uncompassionate doctor. He rushed my appointment, discredited my pain, and provided no solution to help me with my case. Rather than prioritizing his patients, his objective lies in billing insurances. I advise all patients seeking a gastroenterologist to look elsewhere.
