Dr. IM was very professional, very aware of my concerns about the procedure. She talked me through the procedure and this lessened my anxiety. I was delighted with her efforts to keep me safe during the procedure.

Dr. Im demonstrated a great deal of concern & responded appropriately. She listened carefully to my concerns re: the frustrating cough & the awful side effects from the oral steroids. Prescribed a different type of oral steroids, plus a couple of other treatments In an attempt to control my symptoms. When I got to the Pharmacy, Dr. Im sent a message on the VM Portal to change the directions on the new prescription for oral steroids. I'm very impressed with the individualized care provided by Dr. Im. Thank you so much!
