I arrived for my 2:30 appointment for a consultation on a shoulder injury. I waited. At 3:30 I asked how much longer it would be, I was taken to a room rough 5 minute later, was told he would be right in, just finishing the last appointment (his 2pm?) at 3:55 I asked where he was and said I would be leaving at 4. The staff was clearly embarrassed. I asked for a refund. The manager couldn't even come out. How could I be expected to trust my surfy in the hands of a man who can’t even show up to an appointment within an hour and a half. He came out at 4:05 and asked me to come back so he could apologize. I told him he definitely owed me that, but I would not trust him to perform surgery on my body.
