Great Doctor and Staff.
Dr. Ding is my mother's primary care physician. He and the staff treat her with great respect and care. He developed a plan to reduce her medications and she feels much better than before. He and his staff give her all the time she needs. They are always available to answer questions when I call them on her behalf.

From First Visit to Death in Less than 10 Weeks
My father had an appointment with Dr. Ding in early October 2023. Dad died less than 10 weeks later. During the appointment, Dr. Ding saw no reason to adjust my father's medication dosages even though he had lost 40+ pounds since the original prescriptions were written and exhibited signs of drug toxicity. Dr. Ding lacked affect and bedside manner when we tried to engage. When my father was hospitalized a few days later, Dr. Ding never visited him in the hospital or inquired to me or my siblings about our father's health. We were disappointed with Dr. Ding's medical performance on all accounts.

Run
Beyond rude, completely ignored my concerns as a patient and didn't bother to even run lab work. Instead he was lazy and referred me to another doctor. Obviously doesn't care about his patients and has horrendous bedside manner.

This office is beyond terrible. No one answers the phones, no one calls you back, there is zero sense of urgency in anything they do. The medical assistant is truly awful. She is snarky, unhelpful, unprofessional and can’t be bothered. Do not be a patient here.

Hospital care
He was the hospitalist that tried to discharge my autistic non verbal brother who was having more issues then the initial. He refused to communicate with me,He ignored me, and refused to order anything else for my autistic non verbal brother. When i tried to contact him through the hospital his response was *i have already spoken to her today, i will not speak to her again. I will speak with her tomorrow." If I could give him a negative amount of stars I would. -Angry bug sister of a non verbal autistic man.
