Bedside Manner is less than professional
This man’s bedside manner is deplorable… My family member was admitted for a lung infection. On his second day receiving treatment at San Leandro hospital, Youssef told him he was discharging him. The patient was clearly still in pain with labored breathing. I came to the hospital to speak to Youssef and he was abrupt and unconcerned. He never showed any empathy for his patient and wanted to put him out when he was clearly still sick. He then had the nerve to tell me I was he felt I was being aggressive when I never raised my voice. He was projecting, this was his posture toward me. When I came into the room and asked him if he was another Dr, he said what his name was and went right into why I was there, before even stating to him my questions regarding his patient. So he knew why I was there and what he was doing was questionable. He felt this man didn’t deserve to receive care in this facility and wanted him gone without the proper care. I will be filing a formal complaint on him.
