Dr Josephson has a very positive, uplifting personality. When I have procedures done he helps get me out of my head which makes me feel more at ease. His staff in the office and in the procedure center are very helpful. Dr J and the staff have gone out of their way to help me.

Can’t get a recommended procedure done.
Saw doctor Joe in mid January last words were my scheduler will call you. Past mid March still waiting for call. Time for a new doctor

I found Dr. Josephson to be very personable, professional and knowledgeable during my initial consultation. Also, interactions with MaryAnne of his office was extremely positive. She was very, very helpful to my wife, Barbara, and we really appreciate it.

Very good doctor, but staff is extremely unhelpful, especially when emergency advice from Dr. Josephson or an urgent appointment is necessary.

Dr. Josephson is a good doctor who listens to his patients and offers his professional knowledge and expertise to assist in facilitating the numerous methods and procedures offered to reduce patient pain and discomfort. There are many procedures and options for people with chronic pain that they can be made aware of by visiting Dr. Josephson.

Dr. Jo is AWESOME! He is very thorough, he doesn't rush me like the other money-hungry doctors out there. He takes his time understanding what my problems are and addressing them. My pain has dramatically decreased. He is the ONLY pain management doctor that listens when I say I DO NOT want NARCOTICS or any habit forming medication. I am now pain free after getting the Spinal Cord Stimulator. The staff is great! My only issue is the lobby can get packed at times.

I used to think the man was amazing until something doesn't go in his favor. He becomes arrogant, almost childlike. Not all patients are the same, should be treated as an individual not the way he thinks you should react to a situation. I received my medical records-- half the information that I had provided wasn't on the records or was only documented the way he perceived the situation. I think he is a smooth talker and you may get talked into something that you don't want.
