Dr. York Moy, MD

Dr. Moy may be capable, I had 2 urinary procedures done. I did have excessive bleeding and ended with a UTI after the second procedure. But the biggest problem is his staff. They set me up for a procedure but the staff never called me. I had to hunt around calling here and there to get the particulars. Then two weeks before the procedure I got a letter explaining it all. When I call the office it’s a 10 to 15 minute wait to get someone. And they may be over worked but with some there attitudes show it. Of course there are many employees and a few where extra nice.

Dr. Moy is wonderful in his field of urology. Excellent surgeon. Never an infection. Listens to his patients as they are very well treated individually. He’s kind and very compassionate!!! His office staff is something to be desired. Never returns calls and they act like your call is an interruption of their time. Placed a call last Friday and still no return call . It’s been a week now. Sad when the surgeon is so awesome!

After being told by staff (Stephanie) that it's not a long wait at all, they put me in a room with a closed door for 49 minutes. When I went to notify the assistant who put me in there (tall, heavy set gentleman) he didn't even know that I was still in there and thought that I had already been seen by Dr. Moy. When I informed this urologist about the chaos and waiting for an hour, Dr. Moi told me that it's usually a 2 HOUR wait to see him even with an appointment, UNLESS your appointment is before 9 am. He does not schedule before 9 am. He was very short, didn't seem to be interested in hearing from the patient and In a rush to see the next patient who has been waiting for 2 hours. Basically, to him, your time, work and health mean absolutely nothing!

Dr Moy was really kind and sweet. My case was challenging and I always felt like he was thoughtful of his word choices and approach.

Dr. Moy is a great Doctor. His office however is HORRIFIC to say the least. Two weeks trying to get my prescription refilled. Appointments can go 1.5-2 hours after your scheduled time to even get in a room. Happy to say I’m switching Drs. I can’t take it anymore. Terrible terrible terrible experience since day one and it’s only gotten worse.

Dr Moy is just Fantastic! He takes him time with you to listen to your concerns and also explains to you what is going on so you understand it! Highly recommend!! Great doctor!!!

Dr. Moy has been my Dr. a little more then a year... He is the best.... I have a history of chronic kidney stones so I keep him busy... He and the staff are caring and compassionate !

Dr. Moy is a fine, consderate, compassionate physician. He has taken care of 3 other family members and his diagnosis and treatment have been right on the money. Having spent much time, since age of 1 in and out of Urology offices, I have a well honed experience with doctors in this specialty. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Thanks, Doc !
