Doctors and staff are diligent in pursuit of caring for your health needs. I’ve been a patient of Dr Tsai since 2010. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Tsai is extremely knowledgeable and his staff is compassionate as well as very helpful. I feel fortunate to have found a wonderful doctor who truly cares!

Dr. Tsai has taught me patience. My condition, as he explained it, is not going to be cured overnight. He explains my condition and what he can do to treat and cure it. I appreciate his “bedside manner. “Thank you Dr. Tsai and staff.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond. I would like to give a special shout out to Ann she was absolutely phenomenal. Being that my winters are spent in Florida she went out of her way to help me get everything needed from my two Michigan Doctors to them.

Everyone I saw, including office staff, was very professional and seem to know what they were doing. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the PA and doctor.

I’ve read other reviews that this office was dismissive of other patients, under 65. Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing. She started by saying I probably didn’t have RA (even though I’ve been diagnosed by a large medical center in NYS, suffer red & swollen finger joints, have X-rays from 5 years ago (of every joint in my body) that already show signs of joint damage from RA and osteoporosis. Once I mentioned my repeated issues with Scleritis, she seemed resigned that I did have RA and sent in the doctor. He was better than she was. I’m a little perplexed why they wouldn’t want to start me on treatment for latent TB. My Rheumatologist in NY insisted I start the treatment right away because it’s 8 months long. They said I should get start it immediately because I can’t take biologics until I finish the 8 month TB treatment. I felt like I was in really good hands in NYS. I don’t get that same feeling here. I’m not sure if they are just ‘old school’ or don’t care about me.

Dr. Tsai is very caring and thorough. His staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him for treating osteoporosis.

I have been sweating Dr Tsai for about 4 years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Tsai has been my doctor for over 10 years. He helped me with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia 6 years ago. Along with my treatment I had to correct my diet and take better care of myself as he recommended. I didn't really think he knew what he was talking about but I listened. It took 2 years but I was soon free if those diseases. Now, like most women my age I have osteoarthritis and lots of aching bones. I started doing the stretching exercises he recommended in the morning to start my day, follow a diet- mine is the Mediterranean diet with little red meat. Like most of us it took me awhile to commit to the diet. Now after a year I can see the improvement in my health along with the added vitamins to keep my bones stronger. He will answer all of my questions and recommend things to help in this next stage I'm going through. He's a wonderful doctor and I am blessed to have his help all these years.

His lung machine is very inaccurate. His second diagnosis for me was severe emphysema (after the first one scleroderma vice grip). Very disturbing news for a very healthy and active 68 year old. I recently had another PTF test done on a huge modern Machine that I sat inside of compared to his table top large coffee maker sized one. My lung function is 83 not 21! I had been a wreck for weeks after both of his minsdiagnosises. When I tried several times to call the office about my concerns the phone just rings on and on and no answering machine! I waited an hour for my appointment while clearly hearing all conversations in rooms adjacent to and next to me. No privacy at all….
