Zero bedside manor
I went to the hospital for what I now know is a fibromyalgia flareup. I did not learn that from this doctor, I learned that red somewhat puffy hands and my age being 48 is most likely related to symptoms of menopause. When I challenge that diagnosis by saying my ears are red and they feel hot. My one side of my face is red and it feels inflamed both of my wrists and some of my knuckles are discolored warm and not at baseline. I was told that most likely it’s just a hot flash. When I reiterated that the symptoms started around 2 o’clock and the time then was 1045 I didn’t feel that that was a true or accurate diagnosis of a symptom. She asked me what I thought it was. She asked me but she should do and I asked her to check a few blood tests for specific yet (not out of the ordinary she quickly t reverted

Dr. Lee Emergency Room Experience
Unlike some others have described Dr Lee, I found her to be extremely competent, efficient and compassionate. I entered her completely full emergency room having extreme chest pain. All rooms were full and I was placed in the hallway directly in front of the nursing station. Dr Lee quickly ordered a series of tests, EKG, lab work and CT scan to help confirm her initial diagnosis of a gall bladder issue. Her diagnosis was confirmed and after consultation with the surgeon, I received an emergency surgery that morning. Although in pain and in the ER room hallway for roughly 7-hours awaiting surgery, I observed Dr Lee perform her duties. During that time there was one code blue and two calls for the stroke team. Dr Lee managed that overfilled ER like a precision military operation. She prioritized patient needs while making multiple contacts with every ER patient... she was a multitasking, compassionate magician! Thank you Dr. Lee for all that you do and what you did for me!

Grossly incompetent and out of touch with modern medicine. Avoid at all costs. Very deserving of a zero star review.

I showed up to the ER with incredible pain in my abdomen and chest. I thought it was acid reflux or a heart attack. I was panicking. The doctor very quickly identified that I had a gallstone with an ultrasound and also ruled out any heart problems with an EKG and blood work. I left with a treatment (pain killers) and a plan of action (surgery). I am very thankful to her and the rest of the ER team.

I saw her tonight in the ER she was erratic, I swear she is on drugs!! she wore her face mask under her chin!!! all the while giving me 4 different diagnosis, and telling me to call my primary in the morning. She pulled my pants and sneakers off me, there was no reason for that... my fiance sat there in shock! the attending left the room! I was so angry and told her it was a waste of time seeing her.... she told me Oh, but I gave you so much information..... she couldn't read her computer or spell!!! If I ever see her again it will be too soon...her license to practice should be revoked!!!! would not recommend her to a creepy crawly bug!!! 0 stars!!!!

She was the most demeaning and unprofessional physician I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. I went into the ER with major difficulty breathing after having COVID. She did a chest X-ray and had me see a respiratory therapist, which made the breathing worse. She was ready do discharge me while I still couldn't breathe. A nurse advocated to do blood work, which should be ER 101. My potassium came back very low and she didn't even bother to tell me or treat me- the nurse did. She wouldn't do a CT scan because she doesn't know anything about after effects of COVID, and instead said demeaning, rhetorical things to me like "What do YOU think is the problem then?? What do YOU think I should do?? You tell me." She said this because she couldn't accept that she didn't know what she was doing and instead blamed it all on me having anxiety, which was clearly not the problem. What a disgrace to the profession, waste of time, and of course I ended up back in urgent care days later anyways.
