Dr. Yolanda Marcos, MD

Long waits are the beginning of the problems. While Dr. Marcos is friendly, she'll schedule you for an unnecessary, random follow up 4-8 weeks later and when you show up, none of the staff have any clue why you're there when you show up. She pushes flu shots on you even when you tell her you get them free from your employer. She confused my mother with another patient, and her office didn't catch signs that there was a serious issue with my grandmother the week before she suddenly passed away. There are much better, more efficient doctors out there.

I got the impression that my doctor was overworked and tired. So didn’t feel confident that I was being heard correctly. Also when aid taking information her notes were not through or complete in recording my complaints.

Even though I had an early appointment, I was kept waiting for more than 2 hours and when I asked how much longer it would be (after 1 1/2 hours), I was told they "were busy." The final blow was being billed for a standard visit when that particular PA spent a total of 4 minutes with me. After more than a year going to this practice, I never once saw Dr. Marcos and to top it off, the PA asked me about my cardiac history, explaining that the EKG indicated a previous heart attack. I was sent to a cardiologist on a stat basis - gonig through some major anxiety about this "heart attack" that I supposedly had, only to be told by the cardiologist that my EKG was just fine - completely normal with no indication of a previous cardiac event. Evidently, the PA didn't know what she was doing or their machine was faulty. Either way - horrible experience.

I went there because I needed someone to listen and really care about my problem. I found exactly that.

No consistency of care (turns over providers constantly), horrible communication with patients, does not view patients as anything other than a $$

This is the worsed doctor office I have ever seen . I took the time to review doctor Yolanda information and on my first visit they told me I will see the nurse and the PA. Less than 15 minutes . I will suggest you find another doctor do not come here

They were over hour late for a telemedicine. They try to charge extra on yearly visits for anything not pre-existing. What is the point of the yearly visit then? Their web based appt system doesn't work well. Received multiple emails for appts even on same day and after registering. No details until right before appt about how telmed works. Without caller name. Workers cant see all the electronic info and reask 1-2 times again during visit. Part of followup was for area adjacent to complaint area but not the area of discomfort.

Great bedside Doctor but horrible follow up and follow through from staff and Dr. Marcos. Called 7 times in the course of 3 weeks. No call back, finally called me on the 3rd week to say that Dr. Marcos is on vacation for 1 week. What happened to the other 2 weeks. Placed on hold multiple times when calling, no one picks up the phone. Left messages to office manager, no call back.

Dr Marcos is a great listener and typically very thorough. Only recently have had some concerns with care. But voiced my concerns and she listens and adjusts when it's possible. It used to be a horrible wait time and that resolved significantly in the past year. Much better on wait times. I do have many health issues and she is guiding me fairly well with other dr.'s to get it all in an organized way. I happy with care especially considering other's I have seen. I've been her patient for 12+ yrs

One time I waited for over 2 hours to see the doctor, despite I arriving earlier than the scheduled time. Recently, I asked for a eye doctor referral in April, and as of this writing the eye doctor has not received the referral yet. The last status check revealed that the office couldn't get the fax working. Wow.

The entire facility and its staff is super friendly and welcoming. There are the ladies at the desk... Calah and Brianna who greet you with a smile. There is Jalan office manager who assists in questions that are needing further attention. There is the lab tech Erica who makes things go with ease. And there is Dr Leticia Ramirez who is very friendly and personable. Dr Marcos is the glue that holds this place together

Dr Marcos is by far the most sincere, knowledgeable and professional physician I have experienced. I feel so comfortable in explaining all my oddities and her staff is also very warm and helpful.

I truly recommend Dr. Marcos, and her staff. They do make sure that you feel comfortable, and make sure you understand the use of your medications. As well on when to take them. They always make sure to answer any questions you do have. They make you feel comfortable as they have your health in their hands. Wait time is quick, and not sitting there for hours. Trust me when I say that.

Marcos Medical is amazing! From the front staff (Brianna) to the office staff (Katie is awesome!) to Dr. Malarcher...I can't say how much I appreciate all the time each is willing to spend with patients! The care I receive is outstanding. Thank you! DW

I have been going to Dr. Marcos for years. She is a kind, compassionate, and caring doctor. She is never in a hurry when she sees me, takes her time with me, and shows genuine concern for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Marco to anyone that is looking for a primary doctor ??

My family and I have been faithful patients of Dr. Marcos for many years and we love her and all of her staff. We always look forward to going to the doctor's office! I have been a patient with Marcos Medical Care for about 3 years now. The staff is very caring and helpful. The whole time I have been a patient at this office the MA who takes care of me is Raquel. She goes above and beyond to make sure I receive all the medical care needed. I see NP Leticia Ramirez and she has taken care of me like family. Marcos Medical Care is a great practice. Staff is friendly and providers really care about their patients health. Wait time are good, same day appointments are always available. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.
