I've had stage 3 kidney disease for four years, but never went to a kidney dr. I finally went to to see Dr. Lakhera, and I'm glad I did. She is very thorough. She tweaked some medications, and gave me some tests which proved to be very valuable. Highly recommend!

MY husband has been seeing Dr. Lakhera since October at dialysis and now in her office, she has been a pleasant person to deal with and seems to be very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she is not afraid to ask for help. He has gone from being in a desperate state of being to now being off dialysis for the past 3 weeks now and things are going great.

I've seen Dr. Lakhera several times now, and I absolutely LOVE her! She's unbelievably warm, friendly, and compassionate. I often feel like I'm the only patient she sees because she is so caring and always takes her time with me! She always listens, and answers my questions and concerns patiently. She's also very knowledgable but always explains things in a clear, & easy to understand manner. I've seen other nephrologists and she's by far the best! Everything you'd want out of a Doctor! 5/5

Worst doctor I've ever seen in my 15 year history of having kidney disease. Completely lacks bedside manner. She maybe smart enough to study and become a doctor however she should realize that having a level of understanding, compassion and care for her patients is just as important. We are more than just a number or a chart. We are real people living with a horrible disease that effects our lives daily.
