A light in the darkness
Took time to explain condition and treatment routes. Always interested in patient input and responsive to questions. Takes time to understand how you are doing and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. Was honest in assessment of condition, but did not fail in providing hope within the confines of the reality of the situation. Confident and strong advocate on patients’ behalf, and to their benefit, when determining treatment plan and timing. Responsive to messages and easily contacted. Team/ staff are amazing, going above and beyond in helping patient through difficult treatments and coming to terms with their diagnosis—their support was amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Jiang and her staff—they are truly outstanding.

Took days to respond to messages, up to a week to call and discuss scan reports, not innovate at all with treatment plans. Awful awful experience
