Feb. 21st. 2023, I had a scheduled appt. with Dr. Yang at 9a.m. I arrived on time, checked in at the desk and was told Dr. Yang was doing surgeries today not seeing patients. I had my card from their office that was clearly written for 2-21-23 for my appt. The girl at the desk said she didn't know who wrote the card but I was scheduled for the following week 2-27-23. I cleared my scheduled to make sure to keep my appt. and be on time. I expect the same from a supposedly professional office dealing with lives. I will not rearrange my schedule to make the 2-27-23 appt. I already have other appointments. I will be looking for a different eye Doctor. No apology offered just she didn't know who wrote my card for Tuesday Feb. 21st 2023.

Did not fit or measure my mother's glasses properly. She is 90 yrs old and this caused her to fall. She called to speak to the staff and they were not professional. They were rude. She had to go back to the office to get some of her money back. Called to get a form filled out for mothers drivers license, emailed the form but didn't receive any confirmation of email. Called several times asking for confirmation and to get the form. No pathway to communication to Dr Yang at all. Now my mother will have to go to License Branch, during Covid to get her license. Both of my parents are patients of Dr. Yang. They will be getting a new doctor.

Michelle is the receptionist at the front desk. She is very loud and abrasive in her treatment of patients. If you ask her her her question she gets annoyed and is rude in her answer. Doesn't return messages left on voicemail either. No professionalism.

Over the years I have noticed that Dr. Yang seems to push cataract surgery w/her patients. I've talked with several. The last visit I had with her, she mentioned that next time I saw her, we would need to discuss this surgery. Also, over several years, the prescriptions, she wrote for glasses seemed to be off a bit. I got a second opinion from a doctor that was highly recommended to me. That doctor found out that I don't need cataract surgery & wrote a prescription which is accurate.
