A month prior to my visit just for blood work and an ultrasound I advised the office that my insurance had changed. I also verified with my insurance that this office was IN NETWORK. I verified again before I went. I arrived on time I let the front desk know that I also would be having the ultra sound, I was informed that they are NOT in network. I showed them my information from my insurance. Lupe (who is wonderful) got the billing department on the line and they informed me that the in network was pending for the past 4 months. I should have been advised of this when I first advised of the change in insurance a month prior to my appointment. I notified my insurance company and they said that they also saw on their records that the doctor and the office was IN NETWORK and also with Optumcare which is part of the Medicare Advantage. I canceled my ultrasound and also canceled my upcoming appointment for results of any tests. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere for service.

She is personable and knowledgeable, she is also interested in your overall health. Very honest about your test and exams she is definitely a positive doctor.

Dr. Sachdeva was great! Kind and thorough. I wish she could be my regular doctor.On a different note, PLEASE give patients SPECIFIC directions to the office from Dobson. The street the office is on is VERY hard to find, and the building and practice name are not marked well.

Dr. Sachdeva consistently takes the time to explain the test results and to have a discussion as to what needs to happen to protect my health in the future. She softly but firmly emphasizes the control I have and need to take. I enjoy my visits with her and will work on imposing my health.
