I would not do business with this facility or doctor again. The doctor and staff started out wonderful, then on my last visit, they left me prepped on my stomach in a room for an hour without checking on me. It was so uncomfortable, that I had to get up, and that is when they finally came in to check on me. They had to re-prep me and seemed annoyed about it. It was so inconsiderate and uncomfortable. Then they charged my insurance company about $21,000 for the 5 procedures, leaving me with a final bill of $3500. So disgusting that they feel they can get away with charging these absorbent prices with prior disclosure. The lady in billing said they can charge whatever they want, so I ended the conversation. So disgusting!I would not recommend them!

Dr. Salem is a caring doctor with wonderful people skills. He actually listen to your concerns and find a solution. I’m very thankful to have Dr. Salem as my doctor.

I visited 06/2021. I had an Ultrasound down on my lower extremity, took about 10 mins with I believe a sonography on a lap top, charge $800 plus $300 for office visit. Same day had an Ultrasound at Fountain Valley Hospital on my Thyroid, took over 30 mins total charge $290. My mom also just had an even more extensive lower extremity Ultrasound and her bill was for $364. When asked Dr. Salem’s how much I was being charged they kept saying did not know would have to check with my insurance. His office was hot, stuffy, smelled of urine and patients in lobby said they had been waiting forever and how it always is, my instinct was to leave, wish I had! Also, few years back went to a much nicer office in Newport Beach for a lower extremity Ultrasound which was performed by the doctor and the fee was only $100. I do not recommend Dr. Salem and wish I had left when I sensed I should.

Dr. Salem and his team are very good. I’m a 60 year old guy that literally had not been to a doctor in over 35 years. When I finally went in to see one, he told me I needed surgery. Needless to say, I didn’t have a surgeon, so my doctor referred me to Dr. Salem. Dr. Salem, all the people in the Huntington Beach office, and the people at Genesis in Foothill Ranch, could not have treated me better, they made me feel like a celebrity, and made having surgery, a much better experience that I thought was possible. I’m bummed out Dr. Salem can’t do my knee surgery, but I’m very grateful for his skills, and the wonderful people around him. I’m not worthy, Matt A. Doctor Yasser is the best what he does. He does fantastic work and with the upmost care and efficiency. He is right there with you from the beginning of the process and all through to the end,providing everything necessary for a speedy and full recovery.

Two hernias repaired. Everything went well. The recovery was pretty much exactly as the doctor told me would be. Everything was handled as professionally as could be.

This guy cares for you calms you. It not some class he attended. Very modest and tslented.

Dr. Salem always looks me in the eye when either of us is talking. I see his confidence and joy as a surgeon that reassures me that I'll be receiving his best. His personal attention is shared by his staff. During a recent time where my surgical needs threw them a curve ball, his staff displayed a professionalism that immediately calmed me. Everything went beautifully. I recommend Dr. Salem to any of my friends that may need a 5-star surgeon, surgical team, and office staff.

Overall I would not recommend seeing Dr. Salem when comparing him to the myriad of other physicians I've seen. His staff are horrible and he won't return calls. My 1st appointment I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room, he seems to genuinely care about you, but constantly gives the impression he needs to get to the next patient. Just prior to my surgery (which went well and is holding) he approached me on the gurney and almcost wrote the wrong surgery on me before I corrected him...that's scary

Dr salem and staff are great fast and experinced. My 1st surgery and he made me feel unnervous and for that im thankful.. definitely will recommend to friends and family

He is an excellent caring doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone. His staff is also caring and follow through on all referrals.

Office was haphazardly put together. Dr is hard to get a hold of. Reception virtually invisible.
