If you like regularly waiting an hour beyond your appointment time, being double booked and being asked to come in for tests you already completed even after asking them to double check it was needed still you'll love this place.The care quality is hard to tell from my experience. I had scans done, tests ran but they never really helped improve what I went there for.I fired them as my cardiologist today and generally never leave negative reviews but you are a number to this company and they don't have any inclination that they are disrespecting your time. Would not recommend given a cardiologist should be mindful of the stress this causes people.

I went to Dr. Batres' office several times for tests and follow-ups. Out of all of those visits, I only saw him one time. When my test results came back 'normal', I was basically tossed aside as a patient. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. As my symptoms persisted, I moved on to a new doctor who was able to give me a diagnosis after one visit. I wish I went to her in the first place! The rest of his staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They act very put out if you have a question or don't understand something. I requested my records from them over and over and finally had to physically go into the office to ask face to face. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Great, front office not so much. Front office can make or break a practice so he should put more attention to their patient/customer service.

Ive been helped by all the professional staff of the office of doctor Batres They are very helpful Specially the doctor, he is very humble and kind, he understands and listen carefully. I always share all my concerns, he is always ready to listen with attencion and care. I highly recommend doctor Batres and all his team of professionals. They are Great Good Job Doctor Batres

Dr. Batres is the most compassionate doctor that I have ever met. He treated me with kindness and respect at every appointment. In addition, he literally saved my life which I will always be grateful to him!

I went by the amount of good reviews which I will never do again. He had me try different meds for high blood pressure and when I had a bad side effect he told me that was just my anxiety and to see a psychiatrist. When I asked if he knew of a good one he said no. He was the rudest, arrogant man I have ever met. I went to see him a few years ago but was actually afraid to post a review right away because he is a bully.

I think Dr Batres is fantastic. He listens to me and evaluates what I say then he gives me his opinion on my care. He does not patronize his patients. He’s professional and up front with his best judgement. I am very grateful that I found him in AZ I feel safe with my cardiac care just like I do in Kalamazoo MI. Rebecca Blades ACNS BC/NP

i wouldnt go to him even if i was dying. dr.batres needs to stop messing around and get his stuff together. stuck up doctor. not professional at his work place at all

I am very happy and I feel comfortable with dr. batres. He explains everything to me so I can understand. I am satisfied with this provider he is very good. I think it was a good decision to have this doctor in my life. I would refer anyone to come see him. The atmosphere in the office is great, I'm so happy! I had a bad experience with other doctor and never have I had a bad experience here.

I would recommend people to come to Dr. batres. He explains things so you can understand. He spends time with you. He tries to figure out what's wrong with you. Great personality, he's personable.

I am extremely happy with my doctor because he actually worries about his patients and listens to all problems. He always gives me the best advise regarding my health. I feel the way he checks me is the best, he does a very thorough job. I always leave with all my questions answered. I'm very happy with my doctor and I would strongly recommend him. Great doctor I give him a 10 plus!!! The relationship is great between doctor and patient! The whole facility is great! I get good feed back and information from him. Everything is good, the staff all works well together!!!

I like this doctor very much. He is good about making you feel comfortable. I feel like this doctor truly care about my health and well being and getting better. I would recommend him 100% to anther person. He is bilingual so it makes it easy to communicate with him. He's a good listener and attentive to my needs. And I'm happy he lets me drink a little bite of coffee!

I like this doctor because he solves all my medical problems. He answers all my questions and asks how I;m feeling. The experience I have with me and my wife he helped us with. I always get my prescripts and refill no problem. I tell all my friends to come see him because he's a good, good doctor and I am thankful.

I have been coming for many years, I like the doctors approach. I never feel like a number or that I'm rushed at my appointment. When I first came it was for my cholesterol then I ended up over the years getting ablations done that helped my legs. I never had problems with scheduling, staff is wonder! Nice upgraded office. This is a great doctor, staff is friendly, his assistant is attentive and always smiles, I would recommend him!

He is really good at diagnostic, and he takes time to solve to patient problem, he drew me a picture. No long wait time. He tries to do everything to make the patient feel better. He knows exactly what to do step by step. Great service for a young doctor I am surprised I feel comfortable with him. He explains more to me about my disease that all my other doctors.

Since I met the doctor, a good thing was he speaks my language. I have total confidence with him, he is very profession. He has a lot of patient and gives me good feed back, he is very professional. He cares about my life and what's going on. I feel good coming to this office. The staff is friendly.
