Dr. Yaniv Cozacov, MD

I was admitted to the Hosp through the ER pending possible surgery for an angry gallbladder. After further screenings of my CT scan they scheduled me for surgery that next day. The Hosp managed my pain well during the waiting period. The Dr came into my room, introduced himself and then proceeded to explain, in-depth, the procedure he would be doing on me later that day. The Dr, all the Hosp staff were very professional.

Dr Cozacov and his staff were very supportive and accommodating to me during a very stressful time. He was very reassuring. His calm and caring manner were very reassuring. I would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Cozacov has done 3 endoscopies and a colonoscopy on me and I am very pleased! He answers my questions and gives good advice. He is very professional, and polite!

I had a post-op after a hiatal hernia repair and the TIF procedure. Dr. Cozacov was definitely listening to my concerns and explained what could cause them. He steered me in the direction of further testing. I’m relieved that he is proactive and cares about his patients. He’s compassionate and I appreciate his care and knowledge as a healthcare provider.

Aside from HIPAA violations of staff. I have been to OFC, and they were all laughing in the back while I stood and waited. They make up stories leave a message then never return calls or answer questions. It's a waste of time. Rude, and when tried to speak to the doctor about it, he dismissed it and acted like I was the problem. Awful experience. I went through all the pre-screen etc, then got a call they dropped me. The doctor NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS

Entered baractric surgery program Nov 2022 with a projected surgery date in Jan 2023. Completed all aspects of surgery requirements 1-13-23 with a new surgery date of Feb 6 2023. I called the doc's nurse for a question and was told someone would call me. No one called so I called back the next day and received a stone cold corporate SORRY YOUR HIGH RISK NO SURGERY. They took every penny they could get then canceled my surgery, the doctor still hasn't provided a reason and I had to call them to find out from a talking head. Nothing like corporate compassion for share holders
