Greedy and uncaring
Horrible doctor! Lying staff! Prescribed me 15 pills of 15 mg Meloxicam with 0 refills. When I called for him to renew the script, Rebecca lied blatantly telling me the script could not be refilled without an appointment and it had to be monitored because it was a narcotic. That's a blatant lie. It's a NSAID and is safer for long term use than ibuprofen. This is a greedy doctor that would leave a patient in pain so as just to generate income. I have audio recording of the voicemail. It's absurd. How greedy can you be? And how stupid do you think your patients are?

Very little attempt to empathize with the patient.
I am a very active person and preferred a doctor who also led an active lifestyle. Dr. Yang did not seem to understand the needs of an athletic person. His interaction with me seemed very text book and rushed. During one visit, I overheard him saying that he was supposed to see another patient but I had the earlier appointment so he said that he'd talk to me first. He spoke to me for not more than 5 minutes so that he can get to the other patient.I did not at any point feel that he even tried to understand my athletic lifestyle. He did not ask to see how I was walking or offer any exercises other than 'drawing the alphabet'. I feel that the only benefit to visiting his office was receiving the surgical boot. Lastly, as all my appointments were early, he would often arrive at the office after my appointment time. The office staff and techs were very nice. Dr. Yang needs to work on his doctor to patient skills and develop a rapport to make his patients feel more comfortable.
