Dr. Bai should not even be considered a doctor. Every questions I asked he said he didn't know the answer to. I had to be telling him where I think I should be referred to. He has no empathy his patient care and bed side manners are terrible. He does now seem knowledgeable in any aspect of his job. He is dismissive and just beyond disrespectful

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. He was extremely arrogant and stunningly rude in his responses. After we processed the shock that he practices with such aggressive behavior, we fired him. Beware and protect your healthcare.

I had a very poor experience and came close to completely changing my health care coverage from Kaiser due to the rudeness and dismissive behavior by this provider. After a lifetime of respect for doctors, the rude response from Dr. Bai was Horrable and he was an angry person apparently I could not get away fast enough.
