Awful visit. She does not know how to properly treat hormonal imbalance. She told me I would never get better and misdiagnosed me. So many doctors have treated me FAR better than she did.

This isn't a review of the physician herself, rather the staff at the location. Called to make an appointment and was asked who referred me or if I had a diagnosis. I explained that I had symptoms of hypothyroidism, they told me they only see patients who already have a diagnosis, which makes no sense because if I already had a dx I wouldn't need to see a doctor. I've been in the medical field myself for over 10 years and this is the first I'm hearing of a physician not seeing a pt w/o a dx.
