If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had a 3 o'clock appointment, and by 3:30, no one had bothered to update me on the delay. When I asked what was going on, I was casually told it would be another 30 minutes. When I pressed further, it turned into 45 minutes. The complete lack of communication is astounding. If you're running behind by this much, a simple phone call ahead of time could have saved me from wasting my time. I don’t have two hours to spare for what should be a straightforward checkup. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Trust the reviews—do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time. I certainly won’t be back.

Knowledgeable, efficient, caring

The doctor made me hold my breath when she lowered my mask. She refused to examine a spot under the light after I had pre cancerous spot excised. And she talked about her bad experience growing up in the south, and how she is a dancer, All I wanted was for her to shine a light on a spot that I had excised. She's ridiculous.
