Really sad about the new dentists that have taken over for the incredible Susan LaBounty....the new dentists talk SO MUCH and try to sell you $15 floss (no, that's not a typo!!! ??) and it's just a weird experience. The dentist experience is fine or whatever like they do their job well it's just....the lady tries so hard to be cool and it's like fam you are a dentist just relax ???? i hate it there

Dr Lily Du has been the best dentist I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable and very patient to answer all your questions. She is very friendly and very passionate about being a dentist. I needed to change the crown of my teeth, and she did it right the first time (which took multiple tries at other places). The filing she did looks so amazing. Thanks Dr Lily~

Dr. Lily Due is passionate about her patients, and it shows! She recently helped my 6 year old son extract his first loose baby tooth. From the local anesthesia to the overall experience, she made him feel comfortable and in control. She is knowledgeable and loves what she does. Her staff is amazing, too! I highly recommend!

Dr. Lily is very invested in all of her patients’ oral health and overall medical health as well – that is why I highly recommend her as a dentist! I was very hesitant at first when she recommended orthodontics and oral surgery to help correct my severe sleep apnea condition. Over the course of 3 years, Dr. Lily never gave up on me. However, she continued to educate me, giving me options, and detailed explanations, and when I was ready to commit to treatment, she referred me to the best orthodontist and oral surgeon for my care. Now I am in comprehensive treatment and cannot way for final results!

Dr. Lily Du is the best dentist I’ve ever seen! She’s confident, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented which are super important attributes for anyone to possess if they are working on your teeth. I visited Dr. Lily (Xue) Du and she's been one of the best dentists I've been to in the Bellevue, WA. area! Growing up here, I've been to many dentists and I always felt anxious and never felt like they took the time to explain. Dr. Du took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions. I really liked that!
