Dr. Chen was extremely unfriendly and made me uncomfortable by insisting that I NEED to be weighed despite me explaining the impact that would have on my mental health and asking to Speak about it in private (not in front of the medical assistant) to which she refused and threatened to write that I “refuse to follow medical advice”. Not only would I not recommend Dr. Chen, I would encourage anyone who wants to be treated like a human being to seek medical help elsewhere.

I'm very pleased with this provider. She made me at ease. She was proactive and made recommendations for the care that I needed as a diabetic patient. She ordered tests that I have never had before and made me aware of my diagnosis. For years I never encountered a medical provider that I entrusted with my care which made me lean more towards naturalpath doctors. I am generally happy and will entrust my care to Dr Xiulin Chen.
