Very through and friendly
Excellent visit. I can''t understand the previous reviews. It was as if there was another Dr. Hua. My visit was the complete opposite of the previous reviews. She is caring and understanding.

Didn’t even make eye contact
She came in, typed on her laptop the whole time, talked over me, and I had to call her back into the room just for her to hear what I had come in for. She also forgot halfway through the appointment what I had come in for. I’m seeing someone else for sure.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr. Hua. I went to Dr. Hua for unexplained chest and back pain because my primary care physician (in the same practice as Dr. Hua) was completely booked for over a month. When I described my symptoms and the pain I was experiencing, Dr. Hua barely acknowledged me. She ordered an x-ray and upon reviewing the results she declared, "your heart and lungs are clear. You just have arthritis, go get some physical therapy" despite my insistent pleas that the pain was MUCH worse than just arthritis (I know what arthritis pain feels like) and that I truly felt something was wrong with my body. She dismissed my concerns and rushed me out of my appointment. Well, thankfully I listened to my instincts because I got another doctor to order me a CT and it wasn't arthritis, it was stage IV cancer. For your own health, avoid Dr. Hua like the plague.

Dr. Hua misdiagnosed me – Jan 14, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hua?
Rushed my visits and really messed up treating a condition I had since I was 18. She messed up my meds which resulted in a bad reaction and refused to listen to me. She is just clearly interested in collecting a copay and not actually treating her patients.

She did not listen to what I had to say and the main reason I had made an appointment in the first place. She seemed eager to get the appointment over and done with, and was rushing through questions and the motions. I had a severe panic attack upon leaving the office because of the added disappointment and pressure of wasting my time with this doctor, and because they would not let me use their restroom in their office. Her nurse seemed in a rush and did not listen to me either as I kept having to repeat the answers to the questions she had asked multiple times because she had forgotten what I had said.

absolutely the worst experience i have had with a doctor! Horrible bed side manner, she did not even care to ask me any questions what my other symptoms were just made her decision that nothing was wrong even though i kept telling her my symptoms. Please never go to her! It will be a waste of hr time and you will end up having to go to another doctor! Im honestly surprised she is still practicing shes that bad! If you have to go to princeton medical group go to Dr Chang or Dr Malhotra, they are much better!

Awful experiences with Dr. Hua. Basically your appointment goes like this: You get seated in a examination room, Dr. Hua enters, opens a laptop, doesn't look at you, doesn't engage with you and proceeds to ask a series of question from a diagnosis program. She talks over you, doesn't listen to anything you are trying to say, tells you what the program spits out then leaves the room. Not only is there zero compassion etc. there is barely any interaction at all. Avoid her if at all possible.

I have asked Dr Hua twice for a referral to see a dermatologist. Both times, the referral request was NOT sent through, and I had to wait at the dermatologist office for a referral to be faxed through. I have always called in advance - giving Dr Hua's office at least 3 full business days to submit a referral. She completely ignored the response. She has completely wasted my time. I will be switching my primary care.

Dr.Hua was attentive and professional. Asked questions and follow up with questions as needed. Listened to my inquiries and explained treatments needed. She also provided print follow up information sheet, making it easy for me to refer to at home.

I visited Dr Hua with 3 major concerns. She told me she could only answer 2 and I’d have to make another appointment to answer the 3rd concern. She said that without even hearing what the concern was and spent about 90 seconds total with me. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone looking.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr Hua. She was cold and hostile during a phonecall re: a bad upper respiratory infection (2nd in 30 days) and neglected critical questions - breathing, sleeping, climbing stairs; wheezing, GI involvement. Told me 2-3Xs “You should have called yesterday.” (I’d tried NOT to be a weekend pest but got worse) GW isn’t my PCP but was OnCall. She needn’t have ‘treated me’ but respect and empathy would have been helpful. Kudos to Sunday’s and today’s receptionists for both!

Ginger. You refused to listen to me when I came to you with symptoms of PCOS. You told me I was "depressed," despite my saying very clearly: "No, I'm not depressed." These sorts of experiences are dehumanizing, and it took me several more months to be diagnosed. Make your contact info available (an email address, for instance) so we can have a real exchange. Otherwise I will be back here - and every other review site - every year so you understand that your actions have consequences for people.

Dr. Ginger Hua dismissed my symptoms and concerns. She should be sued. I had an undiagnosed serious medical condition and she told me it was "nothing." "So why am I constantly exhausted?" She told me to eat more eggs. Thank god I found a real endocrinologist who diagnosed and treated me.
